  • 20 pistachios, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon rose water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Nuts: In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Add the chopped almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios. Sauté until they turn golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Roast the Vermicelli: In the same pan, add the thin vermicelli and roast it for about 3 minutes until it turns light golden.
